Holy Shirt!

Greetings Fucked in Space Cadets! This is an historic moment in the long history of FIS. Why is it an historic moment you ask? No? You didn't ask that? Well screw you, I'm telling you anyways!
We've got shirts! The first official Fucked! In SPACE! T-Shirt is available now only through spreadshirt. Here's the linky dinky doo:

http://fuckedinspace.spreadshirt.com

Now, most people would just call that a link, but I prefer to call it by the full and proper name which I believe is linky dinky doo. However, I digress. Buy a shirt already! Sheesh.

Web updates, the search for a musical director, episode 4, and more!

Its been a while since our last blog post, but that's cause we've been really busy with the show! Also I'm not sure if anyone actually reads these posts. So if you're out there folks, leave a comment and say hi!

In other news - episode 4 is coming along nicely. We are about to enter the special effects stage of post production, and we are currently interviewing candidates for the position of musical director for fucked in space! Will this new member of the Fucked! In SPACE! creative team make the show better and allow us to finish episodes faster? We certainly hope so! I would love to see the show get to a point where we can post episodes once a week, but that's not gonna happen until we can get a proper budget, and a few more people to help with production. Someday perhaps. Some day.

Full episodes are now available on our website! How awesome is that!? We posted them as unlisted videos on youtube. You can share the link with your friends if you want, the point is really just to have a full, uninterrupted version of the show for the website. I already kinda fucked up the unlisted part by accidentally listing the videos as 'public' for a few minutes on youtube. Oops. Thanks anyways to everyone who watched and left comments. Sorry for the confusion. I promise that next time I post something it will actually be a new original video.

Fucked in Space on eBay?

That's right! We're taking FIS to eBay. Why you ask? Well, basically what it boils down to is this: we need money to continue making the show. We're not asking for donations though - we want to give something back.

From today until next Thursday (June 24th, 2010), we will be auctioning off a commercial spot for the next episode of Fucked! In SPACE! The winner of the auction will get to choose the product or service that will be advertised on episode 3 of Fucked! In SPACE!

The auction is live folks! Check it out:

EPISODE 2 WILL PREMIERE ON JUNE 7th?

Yes it will! Remember how my last post said April? Yeah it turns out that was a typo. Episode 2 will be coming to the Internet in June. June 7th that is! Mark your space calendars and get a change of clothes ready! Episode 2 has got everything you need! Action, adventure, 'stunning' visual effects, a brand new Amelia Spaceheart, and plenty of toilet humor! Its going to be out of this world! Ha! Space jokes.

Making a webseries is fun! And it takes a really long time.

Hey folks. Episode 2 of FIS is coming along nicely, but taking a little longer than expected. There are some major effects shots which are going to be cool as hell, but are also very labor intensive. Anyways, episode 2 is not going to be done in March as originally planned. April's looking pretty good though, so expect to see a new episode in April.

Things are moving along though. Initial production for episode 3 began last weekend, and already its shaping up to be an exciting action-packed show.

In other news, we've had a few changes on the set of FIS. Jessica Brooks, who played Amelia Spaceheart in episode 1, moved out of Chicago and will no longer be able to be in the show. However, Morgan Lord has stepped in, and will now be playing the part of Amelia Spaceheart. I was sad to see Jessica leave, but Morgan has got a lot to offer the character, and is going to be a great addition to the cast.

What's new with FIS

Yikes! Its been almost a year since our last post. That doesn't mean that we haven't been working though. Episode one of FIS turned out so well that we thought we'd make a few more of them. Its looking like the next episode will come out sometime in March. Stay tuned for more updates and who knows, maybe even production photo or two.
